This game appeared in an issue of Knight News, the old BBC Chess Club newsletter.

The inspired win is by our very own Jim Lyon, playing against Jon Speelman in a 28 board simulltaneous display way back in May 1989. The BBC, RAC and Roehampton chess clubs participated.

Jim Lyon left the club without trace in the Nineties. Wherever you are, Jim, the BBC Chess Club salutes you!
