The 3D model of the Bahia de Casares villa development can be viewed by clicking the picture above.
Using the actual architectural drawings of the villa, a virtual model has been made.
Using the tools provided in the viewing screen provided freely by SketchUp, it is possible to rotate the model, zoom in and out, view from ground level, etc.
To view the 3D model, it is necessary to take the following steps:
1. Download the SketchUp viewer and save it on to your hard drive. SketchUp Viewer is free of charge and available from the SketchUp website:
2. Once the SketchUp viewer has been downloaded, click on the picture above. This will allow you to download the SketchUp file of the 3D model on to your hard drive. (Note that this 117_Bahia_de_Casares_3D.skp file is 2.5Mb in size.)
3. When the skp file has been downloaded, open the SketchUp Viewer, and through it open the 117_Bahia_de_Casares_3D.skp file.
4. If the Viewer is slow in rotating the model, it is advised to switch off the shadow rendering button until you find the position you wish to view.
